We're a small company that prioritizes personal touch and thorough communication. We understand budgets, time, family opinions, the stress, and barriers. With expertise in single day events, trip planning, and intellectual disabilities programs, we understand the logistics required for success. We get it, it can get overwhelming. It's more than just plan, bill the fee, and run...it's getting to know you and what will truly work and make a great time.

It all starts with a conversation between you and our Director of Event Planning due to the location, rented space, size of crowd, vendors needed, destination, etc. Our Onsite Events:

Onsite Events are contracted for no longer than 4 hours. Saturdays and Sundays only.
Alcohol: If an event desires alcohol, the chosen venue must have a state liquor license and venue staff to serve. Extra venue fees may apply for alcohol use. G3 Outcomes does not directly serve or buy alcohol for events. Public event settings (parks, etc.) with expectations of alcohol use will not be contracted. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Develop an itinerary of activities desired by the individual

Arrange tickets to activities and reservations

Communicate with staff any sensory and health considerations

Investigate safe ways to move about for optimal behaviors

Discuss any special occasions and memories

More detailed, more attentive, day and overnight trips
