About G3
G3 Outcomes LLC came from the concept that many people want to achieve a personal or professional goal at some point – throwing a memorable 75th birthday event for a parent, a bridal shower for your best friend, or having clients with intellectual disabilities spend a weekend at the shore living it up. Perhaps it is wanting to go back to school, a job change, or addressing anxiety hurdles preparing to make the leap into something new. Many companies, residential entities, and nonprofit centers are creating or needing behavioral services for the high demanding IDD population in need. Maybe it's time to take that next company step by creating a summer camp for your small childcare business, a nonprofit fundraiser, or a community event for local youth.

Over the past several decades, my experiences have intertwined with each other creating a web of knowledge. Instead of Friday and Saturday night college parties, I spent my time developing programs for the city youth bureau in a small office overlooking the main strip of bars. No regrets. G3 Outcomes' Event Planning & Development is a collection of passions that we have gained over the years. The name was chosen based on the many behavioral and educational plans I’ve been a part of both as a parent and professional, incorporating “outcomes” and "development" as detailed short and long-term goals - the layout for achievement of the individual. As for the company's 3 - I have three smart, charismatic, and outgoing grown children, each very different yet the same, embarking on their own journey through and beyond college. In fact, they keep my journey going! The most rewarding path is always the most difficult. We all want positive outcomes on our endeavors and sometimes need a guide to accomplish them. That isn’t a weak mentality, that is smart thinking! G3 Outcomes is empowerment driven, a toolbox for building a vision, a detailed game plan to better yourself, family, and clients, and delivering a result you can be proud of. That is our outcome objective for your plan.
